We are so excited that Sean Connolly joined the project as we already had designed it as butchery styled brasserie. His menu and offering complemented completely our design.
It’s elegant, clean and bit shiny. You get to see the raw products before it gets to your plate. The big banquette took inspiration by old railway station sitting. It’s the perfect pit stop to have a steak and a carafe of wine on your way to the show, by yourself, on a date or with a group of friends.
